We offer our agents a unique set of services to not only strengthen our relationship but to also strengthen & retain the relationship between the agent and their customer.
We establish open lines of communication between ourselves and the agents. As soon as the referred customer leaves the shop, a Don’s Auto Body representative will contact you to discuss estimated time for repairs as well as potential problems or possible areas of concerns. Additionally, electronic notifications are sent to notify agents of insured vehicles’ status.
We ensure your customer’s experience meets the highest standards of quality for vehicle repair and customer satisfaction. When the repair process is finalized, customers are asked to fill out a customer satisfaction survey related to the repair shop and agent. These reports are closely monitored as part of our effort to keep quality of work and customer satisfaction first and foremost.
We have implemented numerous steps, procedures, and programs to reduce vehicle repairs. Comprehensive damage reports and collision repair plans allow Don’s Auto Body to better manage our repairs, allowing more accurate assessments of the amount of time it will take to complete the processes necessary to provide a positive repair experience to all of our customers. We provide time-saving, convenient services throughout the entire collision repair process. Pickup and delivery in our market area, rental & towing arrangements, three days free rental service (for qualifying claims) and hand wash & vacuum of vehicle before pickup.
