Quarter Panel Damage Repair
On an automobile, a quarter panel (or rear wing in the case of a rear quarter-panel) is a body panel that covers the section between the rear door and the trunk. It is typically made of sheet metal, but is sometimes made of fiberglass and fibre-reinforced plastic. It typically wraps around the wheel well.
Often times we are able to use Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) to correct quarter panel damage on vehicles. If PDR is unsuitable, we can use more traditional methods to repair the quarter panel damage.
The PDR process involved getting to the back side of small dents and pushing them until they reach the original shape or position. PDR is a very useful repair procedure for quarter panel damage.
